The Stadskas - our freely accessible festival hub - is back this year at Oldehoofsterkerkhof! In this large glass greenhouse, we present a diverse program in collaboration with numerous partners from Friesland. The festival period kicks off on Friday, November 10th.
Soon, we will provide more information about the Stadskas programme from November 10th to 23rd. What's certain, however, is that you can expect a varied program, including dance evenings, literary readings, performances, and more. Additionally, the Stadskas serves as the center within the Explore the North festival weekend taking place on November 24th, 25th, and 26th.
During the festival period, special projects will also be presented. On Saturday, November 11th, it's the turn of young artists from the Northern Netherlands during the fifth edition of the arts festival De Broeikas. Tickets for De Broeikas cost €10 and are already available; this day will take place at De Westerkerk & De Stadskas.
