Magical music and dance performance
Part of our Invited by programme presented in collaboration with Arcadia & De Harmonie
Let yourself be enchanted by the French makers François Chaignaud and Marie-Pierre Brébant, who together will be presenting Symphonia Harmoniae Caelestium Revelationum, by Hildegard von Bingen, a mediaeval nun, mystic, theologian, healer and musician.
They will be investigating our musical and spiritual past, in a performance lying somewhere between a meditative installation, concert and dance choreography.
This can only be enjoyed here in the Netherlands in the Grote Kerk in Leeuwarden and promises to be the ultimate art experience on offer anywhere this autumn.
On Saturday 20 November, the performance will form part of our festival weekend, and will be FREE OF CHARGE for those with a valid festival wristband.
Separate tickets can be purchased for Tuesday 23 November and Wednesday 24 November.
