NEW ALBUM BY NORWEGIAN MUSICIAN
Hanne Hukkelberg is known for her personal records and constant attempts to reinvent herself. On her new album TRUST, which was released in October, a fresh new wave of electronic influences can be discerned. Driving synth bass lines are accompanied by her floating vocals, partly sampled and manipulated. Growing up as the daughter of a choir director and a church organist, Norwegian Hanne Hukkelberg came into contact with music at a young age. In her youth she made her way through many musical scenes, playing in bands ranging from doom metal to jazz.
